I have been a patient of Dr. Mandana Shafai for many years, and I can say without hesitation that she is an outstanding primary care physician. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and highly-skilled in her work. What I appreciate most is her genuine compassion and the care she shows for her patients — she takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make thoughtful decisions that reflect her deep understanding of medicine and her patients' specific medical needs. Over the years, she has provided me with excellent medical care and guidance, and I always feel confident that I am in the best hands. I highly recommend Dr. Shafai to anyone seeking a skilled, caring, and excellent primary care physician. I also want to commend Lyn, she is the administrative assistant, and is incredibly responsive, always quick to return calls or answer questions, and does so with genuine kindness. Dr Torno is terrific as is her assistant. Liz. However the lab technician gave up trying to take the required number of vials as she couldn't get blood to flow in my hand veins - the arm veins couldn't be found to draw from.
