About Alexa Kulick PA-C
Alexa Kulick, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant at Prima Medicine, where she provides comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families in the Fairfax and Merrifield, Virginia offices of Prima Medicine.
She knew she wanted to help people from a young age. She began her quest to become a Certified Physician Assistant at Iona College in New Rochelle, New York, where she majored in Biology and was part of the honor program. Alexa continued her education at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology in 2017.
She started out her medical career in 2017 as a certified medical assistant. During this time, she worked at Bristow Pediatrics in Bristow, Virginia. There, she carefully practiced her skills at obtaining vital signs, drawing lab work, and her favorite part, caring for patients.
She enjoyed her time in Bristow, but Alexa knew she wanted to help people even more. In 2019, she went back to school to obtain her Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies. She graduated from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, in 2021
Alexa has years of medical knowledge and experience, so Prima Medicine is proud to have her on our team. She’s certified in advanced life support, pediatric advanced life support. Alexa is a caring, compassionate, and well-rounded provider for Prima Medicine. She encompasses the practice’s high regard for the patients, treating each one as if they were family.
Since joining the practice in 2022, she has been committed to building meaningful relationships with her patients and guiding them through both routine and complex health concerns with empathy and clinical excellence.
Alexa earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from James Madison University in 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Virginia. She began her medical career as a certified clinical medical assistant at Bristow Pediatrics for two years prior to PA school. Her early hands-on experience reinforced her passion for delivering high-quality care.
Her well-rounded training and warm, communicative approach reflect Prima Medicine’s mission of treating every patient like family.
