This review is overdue, as I’ve now been with Prima Medicine for a year and a half. Dr. Rao is an outstanding clinician. She is an empathetic listener and she truly cares about finding solutions to improve my health. Making appointments is very easy, and the staff are all kind and helpful. Dr.Torno is kind and friendly and takes the time to listen to you. She answers all your questions and makes you feel well cared for. The online check in process is smooth and the wait time is short. The office staff were pleasant and welcoming. Very happy with my experience here.
