I have been going to Dr.Rao for more than 5 years. Have experienced an excellent service from her and her staffs. Dr.Rao is Extremely patient, friendly, answers every question and concern. Right from making appointment to sending reminders and being accommodating, the practice is top notch. Love that all the lab work can be done right there. Highly recommend my doctor.

Surin listens and is absolutely responsive to my health concerns and needs. I really appreciate the coordination with medical specialists and sub-specialists. I never feel like I have to repeat or retell my concerns - virtually or in person!

I had to use a video meeting with Katya on Monday. This is a great way to have a routine follow up appointment. Sure beats having to drive to the appointment. Even though it was not in person the meeting is every bit as thorough as if we were in person
