**update 07/28/2020 - Rena Kalter, NP still the best IMO. I really didn't want to do an update or let people know how awesome she is, because she's like a hidden treasure none of her patients want to share lol. but if you're in the area, I definitely have to recommend her! hands down, the best FNP ever. Seriously, she makes you feel at ease with her & will handle your issues with no problem at all. She's also hilarious which helps 'cause when you feel like you're dying, she kind of brings a little life back into your soul. I go to her every time & I'll be going back to her every year!

Dr. Rao is awesome! Not mine but Dr. Rao is my mom’s PCP and she does a great job. Staff is very welcoming. Sometimes I have to take my little one too with me for my mom’s appointment and the staffis very patient with my little one making noise. Great staff and great Dr. Thanks!

Excellent doctor. I have been going to Dr. Rao for many years and have never been disappointed. She is very thorough and attentive. She listens to your concerns and provide recommendations. Her staff is friendly and always greet you with a smile. It's very easy to schedule appointments and it is never crowded when you visit, so never a wait. As soon as you walk in the assistants are ready to take you to be exam.

I had an amazing experience at Dr Rao’s office. I was slightly nervous while walking in but everyone from the lady at the front desk to the nurse to Dr Rao herself made me feel welcome and ‘warm’ in their office. Their professionalism impressed me in every way. The office even followed up with me to ensure that I was feeling better. I would hope that none of my friends and family are in a situation where they need to visit a doctor. But if they do, I would gladly recommend Prima Medicine to them!

Dr.Chethana Rao is very knowledgeable, affable and compassionate. She explains the things in detail which is very helpful for a layman like me. She proactively looks up the patient profile to advice on medicines currently being taken. She and her staff are always responsive and turn around quickly on prescriptions, advice and appointments when in need.

I am with Prima medicine for the past 3 years. Before that I was with a practice where practically I saw a different doctor in every visit and I had to answer the same question and explain everything to them over and over again. Also I was medicated unnecessarily. But now Dr. Chethana Rao, the Nurse practitioners are very efficient and helpful. Dr. Rao stopped those medications which were causing multiple side effects for no reason. I am very happy with the care I get from Dr. Rao and her staff.

I had been looking for a new doctor when someone recommended Dr. Rao and I couldn't be happier now. The office is modern, the staff is friendly and Dr. Rao herself is very kind and patient. You can tell that she loves what she does and putting her patients at ease is a natural result. My husband and I are so glad to have found Prima Medicine as our regular doctor office.
