I love this practice. The staff, blood draw staff, and doctors are all amazing. Can’t say enough good things and they have a wonderful system of communication, booking appointments, record retention, etc. Very compassionate team and I trust them with my health.

Consistently good experience! Alexa NP listens, remembers so much and is thorough in her care of us. Front desk staff works to get you in efficiently, quickly and is very kind and considerate when you check in. No doubt the best Primary care group I found in this area!

I’ve been going to Prima Medicine since I moved to VA in 2021 and I’ve been happy with their service. I work with Alexa as my PCP and she’s always helped me out with my issues and physicals. 10/10 would recommend.

5 stars to the entire team! Brought my mother in to find there was a scheduling mix-up (I did not confirm or receive appt confirmation). The front desk, nurses and Dr. Torno went out of their way to accommodate the situation and did so with professionalism and courtesy. Highly recommend.

I've had the pleasure of receiving care from Dr. Josephine Torno and Shannon at the South Riding office. Their exceptional service and patient care have exceeded my expectations. Both Dr. Torno and Shannon possess outstanding bedside manner and a compassionate approach that makes patients feel truly valued. Additionally they have friendly and awesome staff from frontdesk, lab, medical assistants.
