A very pleasant office and staff. A little displeased at when I asked the measurement of my height that the assistant did not know how to interpret metric into feet and inches and reported me as 1/2 inch shorter than when I assessed later. Dr. Torno was very nice --a little tentative about my continuing my benzodiazepine -- but probably standard questioning --do I have a psychiatrist. Seems easier to stay with my current doctor than make a switch at this time though if I was starting out finding a new doctor they are fine and personable.
Very caring. Staff takes necessary time and effort to care for your needs. Very nice experience with this office.
Dr. T, and his team were professional, attentive, personable and understanding. Dr. T, listened and hummored me and (my doctor spouse) was encouraging about my health needs.
