I like the convenience of being able to go to the Fair Ridge or Lee Highway office to be able to see Alexa. She makes me feel comfortable to ask any questions I need to ask and she is very good at explaining things to me. I highly recommend Alexa and the 2nd Fairfax office on Lee Highway

Customer service at its finest! The front desk staff members were all extremely pleasant, warm, and welcoming, - even despite squeezing me into what I’m sure was a busy day and also time sensitive last minute end of the day appointment request, everyone was cheerful and happy to assist in any way!!! I also want to rave about Dr. Sylvia Luther, who took so much time care and concern to ensure all of my questions were answered and issues addressed before I left (for what I’m certain was likely one of her last appointments of the day). My normal location is the south riding location, but Prima’s scheduler was able to quickly get me into their Fair Ridge location in Fairfax, which was not only convenient, but also a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this practice, its providers, and the overall patient experience is outstanding! Special shout out to the doctor again, as well as Ivania, who was also super pleasant and assisted the doctor during the visit. Also a huge extra shout out snd kudos to Natasha whom i met during my return visit! She was wonderful supportive patient snd kind as well - Andrea at the Front Desk also pleasant and extremely efficient - this office is customer service with a smile AT ITS FINEST!!!
Dr. Luther was fantastic and addressed all my concerns
I had a visit for a physical with Dr. T (Toghral) and he was very friendly, smart and helpful. He addressed all my questions and he was a straight shooter, which I liked. Everyone was very welcoming. The whole experience was very nice from check in, to the vitals check to the meeting with Dr. T. I completed all of my check in forms prior to coming which made for an easy check in and I had a very little wait time to be seen, which was very nice as I'm used to having to 20-30 sometimes in other practices, just to be seen. I'm definitely looking forward to building my relationship with this practice as my PCP.
I am so happy that I found Alexa Kulick PA, I came in for my annual physical check, she was very thorough, kind and listen to all my concerns, and took time to answer them. I will definitely becoming a long time Patient:)

Saw Dr. T (Toghral) and both he and the office were fantastic! I see a lot of doctors and Dr. T is already just the best! Easy to talk to, understanding, smart, etc. Etc. Everyone friendly and well organized. Portal is great and I was provided detailed notes of my visit. Can’t wait to keep using this practice!
