Needed a new PCP and found Prima Medicine not too far from me so I took a chance and I’m glad I did. Check in was prompt and efficient (I hate waiting too long). All of my paperwork was done online so I didn’t need to fill anything out when I got to the office so I was seen right away. Dr. Turno was really sweet, listened to all of my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. My first appointment was quick and easy and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes with minimal waiting time even though I had a consultation, my physical and bloodwork done (in-house btw so you don’t have to go anywhere else). The office is clean and really calming and aesthetically pleasing too.

As always excellent visit. Dr. Y is so easy to talk to and can answer every question I ask.

Excellent service

Love visiting the Fairfax office. From the front desk staff to Nurse Liz - all are gentle, thorough, kind and accommodating in their care. NP Alexa is the best listener. I have 100% enjoyed having her as my provider. She is available and takes her time. She has diagnosed and resolved several of my medical issues. Very grateful!

The appointment went as anticipated no surprises.
