Dr Rao is an Internal Medicine Physician was a huge positive, but having her location so close and her having such high marks helped us make our decision. Her staff is diligent and they learned as much as possible about his Rare disease. They all coordinate well with our pharmacy and his neurologist as well as other specialists necessary to address his needs as his Symptoms progress and complicate. She is a rare find in a profession that is working overtime these days for the public good especially due to this pandemic. Prima medicine is a wonderful doctors office. Everyone in the office is extremely kind and knowledgeable. The doctors take their time and explain to you what’s going on and provide you solutions, whether it is prescriptions or a holistic holistic solution. I like being given different options. They also are up to date on your history, so it doesn’t feel like you’re starting over every time you go in.
