First visit with Prima Medicine following a Referral. I was extremely impressed with their patience in scheduling/re-scheduling around work and kids school conflicts, and answering my questions. Scheduling/Office Mgrs are patient and very helpful Medical Assistant I met with was very nice and answered questions and didn't rush me. Nurse Practitioner Surin Rodino was very thorough, patient and offered many suggestions. And Phlebotomist was very efficient, quick, and professional. Prima uses a lot of technology too...to help facilitate the efficient gathering of data/info. Questionnaire pre-visit online worked quite well too so I didn't have a bunch more paperwork when I got there.

Really appreciated NP Rodino's genuine care in her medical approach and treatment regiment. She listens and provides excellent advice in treatment and lifestyle changes to address health issues or concerns, and not just throwing meds at a situation. Everyone in the practice seems to truly have the patient's care as the primary focus. Highly recommend Prima Medicine.
