This was my first visit to Dr Rao's office. I was very impressed with the timeliness with which I was attended to. My experience with most doctors offices has been that there is a lot of wait time before meeting with the doctor. The receptionist and nurse were also very courteous. Dr Rao, explained the details of the blood work and the readings. Overall, I had a good experience.
