As always Dr. Rena, took the time to listen to me and gave me recommendations. I feel so blessed to have her as my doctor.

Many improvements since my last visit. appointment went well. Intake staff was friendly, you can sign in by phone only issue is the electronic login listed a payment due but I did not have a balance and annual wellness is covered 100% by my insurance. I recommend selecting pay later instead of pay now when using the check-in portal. The intake staff will confirm if a payment is due. Overall much better experience.

Dr. Rao was great. She gave me good advice on how I could improve my sleep, but also left me plenty of time to ask questions about my blood test results.

The whole staff at Prima Medicine was great. Went there yesterday for annual physical and everybody from the Dr. down was super accommodating, friendly and eager to help. Dr. Rao was easy going and interactive.

Review from 4/15/24 Great staff and comfy waiting room. Joan listened to all my issues and made sure I had no other problems today during my physical. Everyone seemed very nice. 5 ⭐️’s Old review: This place wasn't crowded (which is nice during covid) and had nice staff. I met with Rena Kalter and she was very easy to understand. I feel like I can really rely on them and their fast appointment times for minor emergencies, like I just had, haha

Dr Y is very patient and thorough. Does not rush through a visit - takes her time and listens. I’m very happy with her treatment and guidance.
