Mostly we see Rena, one of two Nurse Practitioners on staff. The phlebotomists/MAs make the blood draws relatively painless and that is much appreciated.

I have mostly seen Rena Kalter at both Prima locations and I'm always impressed by her compassion and that she takes the time to listen. Both offices also have great nurses and front desk folks who explain things and also try to keep me informed as to wait times and when things come up. Highly recommend.
