This was my first visit to Prima Medicine as my Primary Care Physician moved her practice here earlier in 2020. The front desk staff is very kind, professional, and helpful, and the nursing staff is amazing, though very quick on entering your room before and after your doctor review, so be very loud if you are still changing! My favorite thing about this new practice is that there is an option to communicate directly with the front desk through text. I have social anxiety so I do not like calling offices on the phone, though if that's what you prefer, you can still do that, too. Due to COVID-19 they do ask that you wait in your car and call up or text when you arrive, which helps ensure as much social distancing as possible. Considering that the front area is very small. they will return your message when an exam room is ready so that you are not crowded out front with a bunch of other patients. It is not automatic, so do make sure you actually call/text first or you might miss your appointment. Flu shot was virtually painless, phlebotomist was kind and nice to talk to, Patient Portal set up was seamless. Overall, very glad to have been able to follow my PC physician to such a great location.

Dr. Rao is an excellent physician. She takes time to listen and knows what to do. The staff is very pleasant and competent. From scheduling to check out- vey efficient and punctual staff. The office is very clean and calming.
