As a new patient, I had a very good first experience. The friendly front desk offered reasonable appointment times. The lab technician was polite, professional, and did a wonderful job with my blood draw! Dr. Rao was very patient and through reviewing my complicated history. I felt she was sincerely interested, not rushed. This office is a rare find in today’s health care environment!

Very good experience here. Place was clean and Has a relaxing ambience. The ladies at the front were very nice and helpful. Nurses were very professional and courteous when they checked me in. Dr Rao was amazing - very personable and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. She explained everything that she was doing which was much appreciated.
