Dr.Chethana Rao is very knowledgeable, affable and compassionate. She explains the things in detail which is very helpful for a layman like me. She proactively looks up the patient profile to advice on medicines currently being taken. She and her staff are always responsive and turn around quickly on prescriptions, advice and appointments when in need.

I am with Prima medicine for the past 3 years. Before that I was with a practice where practically I saw a different doctor in every visit and I had to answer the same question and explain everything to them over and over again. Also I was medicated unnecessarily. But now Dr. Chethana Rao, the Nurse practitioners are very efficient and helpful. Dr. Rao stopped those medications which were causing multiple side effects for no reason. I am very happy with the care I get from Dr. Rao and her staff.
