Today was my first day with my new insurance going to a new doctor's office and it was great! I was nervous, but the folks at the reception welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door and checked in. The doctor's office was nice and clean looking. I had a nice lady take my vitals, check my weight, and ask me questions. She had only worked there 5 months, but it felt like she's been working there for years. I didn't have to wait painstakingly long after she left for the doctor to come in. She was also very personable and easy to speak with. She was very good at listening to any questions and concerns that I had and we made a plan for next time. After her, I got some blood work done with a very kind phlebotomist and then I went on my way. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this practice.
