I’d like to provide feedback regarding the communication around billing for my recent annual physical exam. While filling out the check-in form, I was unexpectedly prompted to provide a copay, which was confusing since annual physicals are typically fully covered by insurance. I called to clarify and was told that the billing department would need to be consulted. However, even after multiple follow-ups, I did not receive a clear confirmation ahead of time. It wasn’t until the day of the visit that I was finally informed that no copay would be required. If this had been communicated earlier, it would have prevented confusion and unnecessary concern. I hope this process can be improved in the future to ensure patients are clearly informed about billing coverage in advance.

I had my yearly checkup with Dr. Yalamanchili and it was such a great experience. She was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I truly felt cared for. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I’m so grateful for the wonderful care I received—thank you all!

This is a 5 star practice all the way. I visit both the FFX and Merrifield locations and usually see Alexa Kulick, PA who is exceptional and has a wonderful bedside manner. I always feel heard and well cared for. The practice promptly answers phones and texts, and you can make appointments online. The office staff is nice and welcoming. My entire family goes to Prima.

Dr Josephine Torno is a wonderful doctor who makes you feel very comfortable and she is also a very good listener . She adresses all the issues you may have and you never feel like she is rushing through the appointment . All the persons working in the office are very nice too .

Staff is very attentive and listens to your concerns. Would recommend to anyone looking for a primary care physician.
