Relatively new to this practice, but have had nothing but positive experiences so far. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They go above and beyond to accommodate you, especially when it comes to challenging schedules. From the front desk staff to the doctors, PAs, and lab staff- everyone is awesome. So happy to have finally found a PCP that I love. And even better, there is an urgent care on the lower level that is always open during inconvenient hours when most doctor's offices are closed. They are linked with Prima, so my doctor is given all information from my urgent care visit immediately through the same portal using my chart.

Just moved to VA from FL and needed to find a PCP due to a recent TIA and seizure. Came across Prima Medicine as a recommendation through my insurance. After 27 years with the same medical practice I decided to make a change as my primary physician retired. I’m so pleased Alexa was available as my new primary. My first visit left me more than satisfied that I made the right choice and I absolutely know that I’m in great hands under her medical care.

I have been using this center for the last 5 years and no complaints. Doctors are good and answer your questions and provide suggestions very patiently. They have a timely response on calls and virtual visits. I would definitely recommend them.
