Dr. Mandana Shafai is a highly experienced Internal Medicine physician with over 25 years of providing exceptional primary care. She is Board-certified in Internal Medicine and currently and specializes in Concierge Primary Care, managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions while focusing on preventive carenutritionweight management, and hormone balancing.

Dr. Shafai’s approach integrates evidence-based medicine with functional and integrative models to deliver personalized, high-quality healthcare. Her commitment to outstanding patient care, empathetic communication, and holistic well-being has earned her recognition and high patient satisfaction ratings throughout her career.

Dr. Shafai has local roots. She completed her medical degree at Wright State University School of Medicine and pursued her residency and internship at Georgetown University in Washington DC. Her extensive experience includes serving as a Medical Director at Whole Women’s Health Clinic, an Associate Professor at Georgetown University/Medstar, a Primary care physician, and a Concierge Medicine physician. She has special interests in caring for women’s health, thyroid disorders, gastrointestinal health, and holistic wellness. Dr. Shafai believes in the power of helping others, guided by her life philosophy: ‘We can’t help everyone, but everyone can help someone.’
