Amanda Leyh, MSN, RN, AGPCNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner at Prima Medicine, serving individuals and families in South Riding and Fairfax, Virginia.

Amanda began her career pursuits at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, earning her Bachelor of Science in nursing. After graduation, she enrolled at Spring Arbor University in Spring Arbor, Michigan, and obtained her Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in adult gerontology primary care.

Before joining the team at Prima Medicine, Amanda spent more than seven years honing her skills as a clinical nurse. She has served in various medical facilities, including hospitals, progressive care units, and primary care clinics.

Amanda holds certifications in basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS). She diagnoses and treats most acute and chronic medical conditions and has special interests in intravenous (IV) management, wound care, and geriatrics.
