Dr Rao immediately addressed a health situation which had been ignored by my previous physician. The office was proactive in coordinating tests for me. Dr Rao gave a lot of guidance and listened to my concerns. I feel more at ease with the level of care I am getting now with her team

Prima medicine is a wonderful doctors office. Everyone in the office is extremely kind and knowledgeable. The doctors take their time and explain to you what’s going on and provide you solutions, whether it is prescriptions or a holistic holistic solution. I like being given different options. They also are up to date on your history, so it doesn’t feel like you’re starting over every time you go in.
Dr. Toghral at Prima Medicine has been thorough, listens attentively, and has not been one to quickly prescribe medications, which I greatly appreciate. He is personable, very upbeat, and so far, I have not felt rushed in any of my office visits and feel very comfortable asking my questions. I had to do a virtual call once when I was too sick to come in to the office, and Dr. Toghral was quick to respond to my call and having the prescription that I needed sent to the drugstore for pick-up. I’m not a big fan of doctors, but Dr. Toghral has been great!
