Excellent doctor. I have been going to Dr. Rao for many years and have never been disappointed. She is very thorough and attentive. She listens to your concerns and provide recommendations. Her staff is friendly and always greet you with a smile. It’s very easy to schedule appointments and it is never crowded when you visit, so never a wait. As soon as you walk in the assistants are ready to take you to be exam.

I had an amazing experience at Dr Rao’s office. I was slightly nervous while walking in but everyone from the lady at the front desk to the nurse to Dr Rao herself made me feel welcome and ‘warm’ in their office. Their professionalism impressed me in every way. The office even followed up with me to ensure that I was feeling better. Dr.Chethana Rao is very knowledgeable, affable and compassionate. She explains the things in detail which is very helpful for a layman like me. She proactively looks up the patient profile to advice on medicines currently being taken. She and her staff are always responsive and turn around quickly on prescriptions, advice and appointments when in need.

I am with Prima medicine for the past 3 years. Before that I was with a practice where practically I saw a different doctor in every visit and I had to answer the same question and explain everything to them over and over again. Also I was medicated unnecessarily. But now Dr. Chethana Rao, the Nurse practitioners are very efficient and helpful.
