I was able to schedule my appointment very quickly, receptionist was so kind and understanding of my situation. They ask you to text them when you are in the parking lot so you don’t have to wait in the waiting room at all. Dr Curtis was so nice and took time to listen to everything I wanted to discuss and did not rush me at all. She explained everything in detail and really put my mind at ease. Love Prima Medicine!

I have been a patient at Prima Medicine for over two years now and have seen Rena Kalter, Surin Rodino, and their newer doctor Kathleen Curtis. All of the providers that I have seen are very caring, knowledgeable and actually take the time to listen to you. The front desk staff is very polite and is always quick to check me in and ensure I have all my paperwork when I’m leaving. Also, I don’t know the phlebotomist’s name at this office but she is excellent at drawing blood. I highly recommend this office to family and friends!

Both offices also have great nurses and front desk folks who explain things and also try to keep me informed as to wait times and when things come up. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit to Prima Medicine as my Primary Care Physician moved her practice here earlier in 2020. The front desk staff is very kind, professional, and helpful, and the nursing staff is amazing, though very quick on entering your room before and after your doctor review, so be very loud if you are still changing! My favorite thing about this new practice is that there is an option to communicate directly with the front desk through text. I have social anxiety so I do not like calling offices on the phone, though if that’s what you prefer, you can still do that, too. Due to COVID-19 they do ask that you wait in your car and call up or text when you arrive, which helps ensure as much social distancing as possible. Considering that the front area is very small. they will return your message when an exam room is ready so that you are not crowded out front with a bunch of other patients. It is not automatic, so do make sure you actually call/text first or you might miss your appointment. Flu shot was virtually painless, phlebotomist was kind and nice to talk to, Patient Portal set up was seamless. Overall, very glad to have been able to follow my PC physician to such a great location.

Dr. Rao is an excellent physician. She takes time to listen and knows what to do. The staff is very pleasant and competent. From scheduling to check out- vey efficient and punctual staff. The office is very clean and calming.
