As a new patient, I had a very good first experience. The friendly front desk offered reasonable appointment times. The lab technician was polite, professional, and did a wonderful job with my blood draw! Dr. Rao was very patient and through reviewing my complicated history. I felt she was sincerely interested, not rushed. This office is a rare find in today’s health care environment!
Very good experience here. Place was clean and Has a relaxing ambience. The ladies at the front were very nice and helpful. Nurses were very professional and courteous when they checked me in. Dr Rao was amazing – very personable and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. She explained everything that she was doing which was much appreciated. Happy to find her, will continue to go to this place.

Doctors here have been exceptional, they are always looking after you to make sure you are back to good health in case of illness. Rena has been excellent in diagnosing and treating my problems. She is very responsive on the portal as well. Everyone including the stuff is very kind and helpful.

I have been seen by Mrs. Rena Kalter, Ms. Rodino, and Dr. Rao. Each time I have a very positive experience. I am 50 years old and have seen numerous doctors over the last few decades. These physicians are top notch. And yes, even though Kalter and Rodino are nurse practitioners, they perform on the level of a highly trained physician. I also appreciate that Ms. Rodino would double check things with Dr. Rao any time I showed skepticism. I particularly enjoy getting help from Mrs. Kalter and Dr. Rao. Though they all take their time with you, sincerely want to help you, and follow up, Mrs. Kalter and Dr. Rao really seem to be able to calm me down no matter what the incident is. If I ask for a test in addition to what they suggest, they have always accommodated me and hooked me up with the appropriate specialist immediately. I have a great deal of confidence in this practice. The added convenience of being able to do blood work right there instead of going to a separate lab is a huge benefit.
Dr Rao takes the time to explain health conditions and why a certain treatment is needed very patiently. She is also very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
