4/25/2025 – My experience started with my appointment. I was seen shortly after I had arrived and was impressed by the staff at the front desk to the nurse who took my vitals and the prompt attention and care I received during my appointment. I want to thank Alexa Kulick, PA who helped me during my latest visit as she continues to provide me with the world class type of service I have grown accustomed to receiving at Prima Medicine. Alexa has a great personality, she’s highly knowledgeable and makes me feel important in having a say when coming up with a plan for my medical care. Thank you Alexa.
I visited Prima Medicine Urgent Care when I was very sick and had an excellent experience. I was able to see the doctor almost immediately with no wait time. Both the doctor and the nurse were extremely attentive, quickly diagnosed my condition, and started the right treatment. The front desk staff were also very helpful and friendly. I’m so grateful for their care and professionalism. I won’t go to any other urgent care from now on!

Dr. Torno was extremely patient, personable, and they listened to my concerns and made sure I left the doctors office with a plan. My nurse was amazing as well and made sure I was very comfortable while getting an EKG. The admin at the desk also was lovely and respectful of my time. Overall I don’t think I’ve been to a better doctors office for a first-time visit so just wanted to say thank you.
My sincerest “thank you” to Dr Rao for offering a weight loss plan along with NP Shannon Ross for providing one-on-one assistance with the semaglutide medication, weight loss tips, and monthly monitoring. With their help, I’ve lost ~ 20 lbs and plan to continue my weight loss journey with them by my side. I highly recommend this medical practice!

Received amazing care from the team at Prima! I saw Jill for a physical and had Liz and Jacky assist for my intake and labs. From the beginning of my visit to the end, they were kind, yet speedy and efficient. The front desk staff were all great too and shared the same attitude of kind efficiency. Thank you, team!
Today was my first visit to this office, and I was genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. The nurse who took my vitals, reviewed my history, and listened to my concerns was incredibly kind, professional, and kept a warm smile the entire time. Katya, the NP, was absolutely phenomenal—she took the time to address all of my concerns and truly made me feel heard. I really appreciated that she even double-checked my insurance to make sure my prescription would be covered before sending it over to the pharmacy. To wrap up, I had some lab work done, and the lab tech was just as sweet and comforting. I’m so glad I chose to establish care here—it’s clear this office truly cares about their patients.
