I visited this practice for the first time after search for a pcp for a long time, and I am extremely satisfied. Dr. Torno was not in a rush, she took her time to listen to me and my concerns. The rest to the staff in the office was also very nice, thorough and clean. I will definitely be returning and keeping her as my pcp.

My experience as a new patient was great!!! Everyone in office was so nice and helpful Dr Torno was wonderful. Took her time with getting to know me. She made me feel very welcome So glad I chose her. Her Pa was also very good.

Went two years ago to the urgent care because my primary refused to see me and I couldn’t breathe. Switched to their practices for my primary care and couldn’t be happier. Caring staff. Katya is an amazing professional! Dr. T, my regular doctor, was not available and she was able to spin up on all of medical issues and concerns, which lessened my already building anxiety. Her patience and calm demeanor helped get me past a very difficult time. Highly recommend

Wonderful experience, lovely staff, amazing doctors! This was my first visit and compared to my previous pcp everyone was very kind and attentive.

This was my 1st visit, as I was looking for a new Dr. in my area. Everyone from the receptionist, nurse, lab tech and the Dr. were so accommodating and the kindest people ever! From helping me with the registration and signing in with electronics (I was clueless) to helping me to calmly breath to get the lowest blood pressure reading, to listening to my concerns and questions and to the lab tech who drew my blood and I didn’t even feel the prick…there was kindness shown all around! Most important, the Dr. spent all the time needed to review everything, ask and answer questions and to make future suggestions! Alexa was absolutely the sweetest, most understanding of my specific concerns and I was sold on this practice before our session was even half over!

Dr. Michele Koczman is one of the most exceptional primary care providers I’ve encountered. She is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely caring, taking the time to address all of my concerns without dismissing anything. She ordered the necessary tests to ensure thorough care and immediately followed up with all my results. I really had a wonderful experience with her.

I had a visit for a physical with Dr. T (Toghral) and he was very friendly, smart and helpful. He addressed all my questions and he was a straight shooter, which I liked. Everyone was very welcoming. The whole experience was very nice from check in, to the vitals check to the meeting with Dr. T. I completed all of my check in forms prior to coming which made for an easy check in and I had a very little wait time to be seen, which was very nice as I’m used to having to 20-30 sometimes in other practices, just to be seen. I’m definitely looking forward to building my relationship with this practice as my PCP.

Really appreciate Dr Wang. My Eczema was cured by her treatment. Also gave me good suggestions after physical examination.
