Staff, nurses, and the doctor were all incredibly kind, they answered all my questions —they took the time to listen—and genuinely cared about my well being.

Wonderful service. Our nurse practitioner, Julia, was sympathetic, understanding, and helpful. Much better than any other walk-in clinic I’ve been to before.

The doctors at Prima Medicine, specially Dr. Rao, (Prima Concierge) are excellent. Dr. Rao was always concerned and took such great care of me in managing my chronic illnesses. The whole staff was professional, friendly and worked very well in ensuring that I also receive quality care. I even convinced my 84-year old mom to switch to Prima. Thank you all for being so compassionate.

Great experience with the staff, receptionists, phlebotomist, nurses, and Alexa PA-C. This was by far the most thorough medical visit I have ever had. Alexa took the time to understand all of my concerns and address them with explanations. From the moment she walked in the room, she was incredibly kind and had amazing bedside manner. I was looking for a good PCP and booked with her after seeing all of the positive reviews, she lived up to every review! If you’re looking for a great PCP I would highly recommend her. Thank you Alexa and the team for making medical visits comforting!! The phlebotomist also took the time to explain how to complete the process needed for providing a sample and was very kind!! 10/10 staff 🙂

Love Dr. Torno. Had my first visit with her and she’s everything you look for in a provider. Patient, friendly, knowledgeable – she takes the time to listen and explain all options available and what might be a good fit. I didn’t feel rushed at all and left with a good game plan.

Everyone seemed very nice. 5 ⭐️’s Old review: This place wasn’t crowded (which is nice during covid) and had nice staff. I met with Rena Kalter and she was very easy to understand. I feel like I can really rely on them and their fast appointment times for minor emergencies, like I just had, haha

Very good experience. Staff was very friendly, only had to wait a few minutes for the Technician. Dr. Rao was very helpful, listened well and gave good instructions. Very nice place for medical care. They also have a nutritionist on staff, very valuable.

I cannot recommend Prima Medicine and Alexa Kulick enough! The entire process of setting up appointments (even emergency ones like the one I had today) is quick and painless. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, and the App makes it easy to find my labs/notes/etc. I’m very satisfied with my experience at Prima.
