Excellent service by the front desk and Dr.Torno as well. They were able to accommodate me since I was unable to attend the appointment in person. They were still able to see me virtually. Dr.Torno is a friendly doctor that actually takes her time with the patient. Will be recommending Dr.Torno to my friends and family.
Dr Y. was attentive to my health concerns. She took the time to provided detailed explanations. The front desk and support staff were very friendly and efficient.
Scheduled my first appointment at this practice which was very easy and the receptionist was very friendly. Dr. Wang was nothing short of amazing she listened, was empathetic and I could tell she truly cares about your health. I highly recommend her!

Love this office. It’s always easy to get an appointment and the doctors are caring and thorough. My wait times are fairly short to see the doctor once I arrive.
Needed a new PCP and found Prima Medicine not too far from me so I took a chance and I’m glad I did. Check in was prompt and efficient (I hate waiting too long). All of my paperwork was done online so I didn’t need to fill anything out when I got to the office so I was seen right away. Dr. Turno was really sweet, listened to all of my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. My first appointment was quick and easy and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes with minimal waiting time even though I had a consultation, my physical and bloodwork done (in-house btw so you don’t have to go anywhere else). The office is clean and really calming and aesthetically pleasing too.
Great experience, and I had a great visit with this doctor. I recommend for anyone that needs help. They provide great care.
Surine is amazing practitioner. She never look at clock when she are talking to you. 100% full focus on you. She answer any silly question or rational you may have. Kudos to both of them.
