I’ve had annual physicals done in the past with Nurse practitioner Surin Rodino and this year with PA Alexa Wagoner. All my experiences have been good. I’ve always felt like my questions have been listened to with patience and responded to with knowledge. I’m always able to get an appointment easily. Would recommend this practice to friends and family.

First time visited here. Everyone are nice. I have poor English, but doctor Torno and staffs were patient to explain my question. They are super friendly.

Dr Torno is very personable and easy to discuss with. This was my first visit with her and it felt like we already had rapport! I live in Alexandria and was considering finding a closer doc but I’d rather keep her than find someone new 🙂

I love Dr. Y! That’s what brought me to this practice. She’s so patient, kind, listen to your medical problems and recommends a reasonable/realistic solution. My favorite doctor and I’ve seen many in my day! The entire staff, from the front desk to the Phlebotomist was very friendly, kind and helpful. I was a patient of Dr. Curtis’ for a very long time at her practice. When she joined Prima Medicine, I stayed her patient. When she left to take care of her father, I stayed with the practice, and met Dr Rao. I am very happy with the transition from Dr. Curtis to Dr. Rao. Dr. Rao is professional, patient, thorough, and the staff at Prima Medicine Fairfax are all courteous and patient. The facility itself is very nice, clean, and COVID-friendly. Joan Wang is very caring, understanding, patient and kind. She knows her stuff and will provide you with contexts, scenarios, nuances and alternatives so that you are informed to make the decisions that are best for you and she will respect your choice. I came in with migraine and allergy problems and she helped me try and figure out the potential causes and made sure that the medications are the best fit for me. She’s not the type to tell you to just exercise and sleep more (like ok, wow I had no idea!). Instead she actually tried to figure out what may be causing the issues. I really appreciate that. I worked out 6 days a week. I lift and do weigh training and all of a sudden, I became very fatigued and weak and could barely get anywhere close to my PR, so clearly something is wrong. I’m coming back soon for my annual so we can take a closer look. Overall, Prima Medicine is a fantastic practice. The doctors and staff are very good at what they do. Online scheduling is super easy. I’m glad I found them.
