Dr. Rao is very professional and considerate. She takes the time to explain issues with you and she listens to your concerns. She works with you as a team in order to provide the best possible care. She is always quick to respond whether it is during office hours or after. She has actually responded to my messages when she was vacation! Her staff are friendly and kind as well professional and caring. Her office is spotless and they have taken every precaution to ensure the safety of patients and staff especially during the Covid pandemic.
