My doctor was smart and showed interest in everything I was saying. It took a long time to get a first appointment, but I had been to so many other doctors with no answers/plan. They take a lot of time on your first appointment which is great.
Very efficient, competent, and friendly staff. Alexa PA has been seeing me and she is excellent. Easy to talk to and does not rush you. She wants to be sure all questions are answered. Amari, RN was very professional and friendly. I feel very confident in the care I receive at this practice.

The team is great. I was greeted by Pamela and quickly informed of my treatment plan for the day. When seeing my primary care provider, I was not rushed. We had a great visit and conversed about my current health conditions. This is a much better provider than my last and I plan to use this practice going forward.

Dr. Janice McMillan took excellent care of my thyroid issues. Unlike so many doctors, she spent a lot of time with me listening and patiently explaining the root causes and possible solutions. She was up on all the latest research and included some suggestions regarding diet that I greatly appreciated. I’m grateful for her excellent care.
It’s my First Time at the Prima Medicine and I really impressed with my visit from the nurse, and Dr.Joseph Conner spent time talking about my health concerns with manners and respect.. as blood draw and it went smoothly .. all of staff and fronts desk are lovely… It’s a good impression for my first vision after swishing our insurance. I have been a patient at Prima Medicine for years and not only is Dr. Yalamanchilli incredible, but all of the staff are very kind, competent, and knowledgeable. As an example, I had a billing issue and Lyn was such a wonderful advocate and helped me resolve it, despite it taking longer than expected. A wonderful practice, highly recommend!
Dr. Torno is excellent. Listens, asks smart questions, very patient in answering questions and providing context. Support staff is also excellent. Professional, efficient, organized. Highly recommend this practice.
