My wife has only started seeing Dr. McMillan about four months ago, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience so far. Dr. McMillan takes time and truly listens to our concerns, and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand; she is thorough, attentive, and genuinely concerned about her patient’s health and well-being. On one occasion, we had some urgent questions we hoped to discuss with her before an overseas trip. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we weren’t able to secure a same-day appointment. On a whim, we decided to write her a message, and to our surprise, we received her thoughtful reply at 11 p.m. that very night. To avoid potential risk and ensure thorough care, she ordered the necessary tests and immediately followed up with all the results. Dr. McMillan‘s compassion and professionalism truly moved us.

NP Megan Chirichella is awesome. I recently moved to the area and found her through google. Very glad I found this practice! The staff are nice and the phlebotomist was great. I always have trouble with getting blood work done but she did a great job. The urgent care waiting room is very very nice, the official doctors office upstairs is a bit small and cramped, and there were lots of patients. However, the number of patients shows how popular this office is and they were still kind to everyone. If you’re looking for a new primary care doctor/NP, I recommend this location.
